Yes. We work directly with the brands and authorised distributors to ensure that all products we sell are authentic.

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once it is paid. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go though them individually as this will cause delays to all other orders. Please review your items before completing your orders. Only items showing in your Order Confirmation will be shipped unless the items are Out Of Stock.

If your order has already been processed/received and you wish to return an item please contact our Customer Service team.

You may purchase at a wholesale price with the minimum quantity by emailing us at jhpharmex@gmail.com. Only certain categories are available at the moment.

You may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don’t ship prohibited products into your country, it is up to you to double check your country’s import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.

Shopping with JH Pharmex is easy. You only have to follow these simple steps:
1. Log on to jhpharmex.com .
2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity. 
3. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. If you have an applicable promotional code, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will be updated once you have successfully entered the code.
5. When you're ready to place your order, Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for review.
6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment. 

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

Orders are confirmed within 24 hours once payment has been completed. Please check your email for the Order Confirmation. You may also view your order status online via My Account.
